Fair questions

What happens if my plan lapses?
Nothing disappears. Everything you have added stays readable and exportable, and every reminder keeps arriving. Only new writes above the Free limits are blocked until you renew — we will not hold your own records hostage.
How do I cancel?
From your account settings, at any time, without emailing anyone. You keep the plan until the end of the period you have already paid for, and then drop to Free.
Will the price change after I subscribe?
Not for you. If we raise prices, existing subscribers stay on the price they signed up at for as long as the subscription runs uninterrupted. Founder seats are fixed for good.
Are reminders really on the free plan?
Yes, all of them, with no cap on how many deadlines you track on your one property. Reminders are the reason to come back to an app like this, so charging for them would be charging for the only part that matters.
What is the bring-your-own-AI-key part?
On Free you paste in your own OpenAI or Anthropic key and receipt scanning uses it directly. The key is stored against your account, requests go straight to that provider, and your documents never pass through an AI service we chose for you. That is how Free and Care both work; Estate includes managed AI instead, if you would rather not hold a key at all.
